"Looked nice, but I expected better"
I remember feeling excited when it first arrived because it looked nice right out of the box. But after sitting with it for a bit, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it just didn’t match what I paid. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but the quality didn’t leave me feeling good about the purchase. Next time I’d probably take more time to compare options before spending that much again

I tried using Palazzo for some room layout ideas, and... it was a bit confusing. The app felt slow at times, and the suggestions were kind of messy? A few of the ideas were okay, but most of them didn’t really work for my actual space

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I tried palazzo.com for the first time and had a smooth experience. It was easy to move around the site, the pages loaded quickly, and I found what I was looking for without having to dig through a bunch of menus.

The layout feels clean and simple, which I really appreciated. A couple of things took me a minute to figure out, but nothing frustrating, just a few spots that could be a little more obvious.

Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely use it again. It works well and feels user-friendly, so I’d give it 4 stars, really solid, just with a little room to improve.

"I was frustrated with how limited..."
I was frustrated with how limited the editing was. Once I got started, I couldn’t change basic things, and that got annoying really fast. It felt like every time I wanted to fix something simple, I just couldn’t. Super limiting, super frustrating, and kind of a pain to deal with.

I tried using palazzo.com to scan my room, and it was a bit disappointing. It found the walls at first, but the measurements and corners were off, so the whole layout ended up looking strange.
Because of that, I had to go back and fix a lot by hand, which meant it didn’t really save me much time. It might work better for a simple square room, but it didn’t handle mine very well

"Setup was a pain with no one to help"
Getting my account set up took way longer than it should have. The steps were confusing, and what made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t get an actual person to help me. It felt like I was just stuck clicking through prompts and trying to figure it out on my own

I tried Palazzo for a few room ideas last week, or maybe it was the week before, and the renders came back surprisingly fast. I was expecting to wait around for a while, but they were ready quickly. that was probably my favorite part.

"Surprisingly smooth, for once"
I’ve been using Palazzo on my phone and, shockingly enough, the app actually works really well. Pages load fast, nothing randomly freezes, and checkout didn’t decide to ruin my day, which is always appreciated. It’s simple, easy to use, and does what I need without making me fight it. So yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Pretty good, just a little slow on support"
Overall, I had a good experience. The site was simple enough to use, and my order showed up the way I expected. The only thing was that support took a bit to get back to me, but customer support is slow pretty much everywhere these days, so I wasn’t too surprised. Not a big deal in the end.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I tried placing an order on Palazzo, the checkout was kind of a mess. My cart kept refreshing for no reason, and I had to put in my shipping info twice, which got old fast.

Then the payment page just sat there loading, and I couldn’t tell if the order went through or if I’d been charged. There wasn’t even a clear error message, it just froze up. After about 20 minutes, I gave up. Not a great experience

"Nice spot for home style ideas"
I checked out palazzo.com when I was kind of stuck trying to make my living room feel less boring
The photos and layouts gave me some really good inspiration, especially for colors and how to put things together without making it look too perfect or staged

It was easy to browse, and I ended up saving a few ideas for later, simple, useful, and honestly 5 stars from me

"Pretty average order, honestly"
I ordered a pair of palazzo pants from palazzo.com, and it kind of went how I assumed it might with stores like this. The pants looked cute and were close to the photos, so that part was fine. Shipping took longer than I expected, though, and the fit was a little looser than I thought it would be. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not one that really stood out. I’d probably order again if I spotted a decent sale...
